Coronavirus Update - Ore Valley Offices
The Government advice is to reduce all non-essential contact and look to provide ‘social distancing’ including the avoidance of large group gatherings and densely populated spaces, such as bars, restaurants and offices. With this in mind, in order to be able to maximise the chance of being able to provide continuous services we are going to change the way we provide services. With effect from Wednesday 18th March at 2PM, our team is going to be spread between two locations - our Cardenden Office and our Business Centre in Lochgelly. This will allow us to fully test our ability to continue to work from remote locations. From Monday 23rd March, our office will be closed and our staff will be working from home. All of our staff have equipment to allow them to access all of the Ore Valley Housing Association computer systems and telephone systems.
Ore Valley Housing Association is paying close attention to developments associated with COVID-19. Our main priority is to ensure the safety of our tenants, staff and business contacts. One of the main methods of achieving this is to minimise the contact that we have with each other. We will endeavour to ensure that we continue to provide you with the best possible and friendliest service.
