Tenant Satisfaction Survey (2025)

An independent research company called Research Resource will be carrying out face to face surveys with our tenants in their own homes or telephone interviews. When they visit or phone they will ask you for your views on the services that we provide, and how satisfied you with your home and the neighbourhood you live in.
If an interviewer visits your home they will be carrying identification and a copy of our introduction letter so that you can check who they are.
We only carry out this comprehensive survey every three years, so we very much appreciate your co-operation and participation as the feedback you provide will help us to become a better and more responsive landlord.
The interview itself will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes and your answers will be kept strictly confidential, this means that no one at Ore Valley will be aware of who has taken part or what any individual tenant has said.
Interviewing will begin from 10th November 2025 and will continue for 5 weeks. Interviews will be held throughout the week, including evenings, and weekends. The survey aims to interview 40% of our tenants so that we can gather a representative sample of all our tenant’s views.
If you want to make sure that you are interviewed, please contact Research Resource directly on 0141 641 6410. If you would prefer not be interviewed please call us on 01592 721 917 and we will pass on your request to Research Resource.
- If an interviewer arrives at your home and you are concerned in any way that they may not be a genuine interviewer:
- Ask the interviewer to show you their identity card. It will show the interviewer’s full name, reference number and photograph.
Call Research Resource on 0141 641 6410 to check the name of the interviewers working on the project.
If you are in any doubt, do not let the interviewer into your home until you have checked that they are genuine. If necessary, ask them to call back later that day to give you time to check. They will be happy to do this. Your co-operation with the survey is greatly appreciated.
