Please be aware of the following information before contacting us regarding blocked drains

Please know that our policy regarding blocked drains is that it is the tenants responsibility to attempt to unblock their drains before contacting us to put a repair through. The link below leads to an instructional leaflet offering several possible options for unblocking and freshening up drains.
We ask that our tenants please attempt these methods for at least one week before contacting our repairs teams as depending on the cause of the blockage any repairs put through for blocked drains may be rechargeable.
