Online Rent Payments

The method available to you for paying rent online is dependent on your tenancy type and landlord. 

Ore Valley Housing Association is the landlord of Scottish Secure Tenancies (Social Housing)

Ore Valley Enterprises is the landlord of Private Residential Tenancies and Short Assured Tenancies (Mid Market Rent). If you are unsure which type of tenancy you have it can be found on the Dashboard page of the My Home Portal under My Tenancy.

Social Housing 

To pay your rent online via Allpay please click here to be directed to their website. You will need a 16 digit payment reference number (PRN) along with your tenant number and will need to make an account with Allpay. Your tenant number can be found on the dashboard of the My Home Portal as Tenancy Reference under My Tenancy.

If you are unsure of what your PRN or tenant numbers are please contact our office on 01592 721917 and we can provide you this information. You can also use the Get In Touch form on the My Home Portal to contact us where a contact item will be created on our system to contact you back with the information you have requested.

Mid Market Rent

Our Mid Market Rent payments are administered by a payment system called CoCardless.

To set up for online payments you need to provide your bank details via our online form. By doing so you create a mandate that can then be used to set up one off payments or a direct debit. When a mandate is setup there is no payment instruction which means we will need to contact you to discuss payment details such as the amount and frequency before any payments can be taken.
