OVHA operates commercial retail spaces in Lochgelly and Cowdenbeath
Ore Valley Housing Association owns and operates seven commercial retail spaces spread across Lochgelly and Cowdenbeath. Available on an affordable commerical rental basis, the spaces are designed to support the economic regeneration of the respective town centres and help spur business growth and job creation. The retail spaces were integrated alongside housing construction and refurbishment projects to ensure maximal community benefit.
