Complaint Submissions
To all Ore Valley tenants please know that you will soon be able to submit complaints via the MyHome system. Ore Valley is in the process of upgrading its housing management software and will be transitioning to this new online tenant portal. Details of how to access this system will be sent to you soon.
In the meantime please submit your complaints in the form below and we will seek to respond to them as quickly as possible.
