Rent Review Consultation Results
We received 26 responses from tenants, equating to 3.8% of the maximum potential response. This compares to a responses rate of 6.9% (47) last year.

With the majority of feedback being in favour of the proposed increase of 1% our recommendation to the Board will be to proceed with the proposed 1% increase. The Board will discuss the rent review consultation results at their next meeting on 16th February 2021 and make their final decision based on all the information and comments provided, tenants will be notified of the Board's decision shortly thereafter.
If the rent is to be increased, tenants will receive a rent increase notification letter on or before 28th February 2021. Tenants who are in receipt of Universal Credit will be provided with instructions on how to update their online journal.
