Rent Review Consultation
Tenant consultation is an important part of any rent review and must take place whenever we are proposing an increase.
This year we are recommending a proposed increase of between 4.0% - 4.5% from 1st April 2022.
| Option 1 | 4.0% | 1.1% less than CPI figure for Nov 2021 |
| Option 2 | 4.25% | 0.85% less that CPI figure for Nov 2021 |
| Option 3 | 4.5% | 0.6% less than CPI figure for Nov 2021 |
If you are a Ore Valley tenant you will receive a letter with details of our proposed rent increase. You will also receive a consultation form which you can complete and return to let us know your preferred option, as well as any other comments you may have.

All returned forms, both written and online will be entered into a prize draw with the winner receiving a £50 voucher for your local CO-OP, closing date for submissions is Tuesday 8th February 2022.
