Following the latest Government guidance on Covid-19, all Ore Valley staff are working remotely and all walk in services have been suspended.  Whilst our offices are closed, our service remains open with staff contactable via phone and email.

Following the latest Government guidance on Covid-19, all Ore Valley staff are working remotely and all walk in services have been suspended.  Whilst our offices are closed, our service remains open with staff contactable via phone and email.

Our tenant portal which is part of our website is another useful way of keeping in touch with us. If you need help signing up to the tenant portal please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We will be posting regular updates in relation to the availability of services on our website and Facebook pages, please follow us and check the website periodically. During the next 3 weeks we have all been advised to stay at home whenever possible, there are only very limited exceptions to this. 

During this time we will therefore only be able to carry out essential repairs on the condition that ‘social distancing’ is maintained during any visit to your home, by us or our contractors. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 you must tell us so that we can make the necessary arrangements to protect all concerned.
