The Fife EU Settlement Partnership has been set up by Fife Centre for Equalities, Fife Migrants Forum, CARF and Fife Council to support EU Citizens in Fife with their applications to the EU Settlement Scheme.

EU Citizens living in the UK have to apply for settled status as part of the government’s post-Brexit registration system. Those who wish to remain in the UK after Brexit must apply for settled status before 30 June 2021, or 31 December 2020 in the event of a No-Deal Brexit.

Settled status means that there is no time limit to how long you can stay in the UK for, you can go on to apply for UK Citizenship if the requirements are met.
