Virtual Power Plant

Our virtual power plant project unifies the spare power generated by our distributed solar pv assets on our homes and buildings and exports it to the grid. Developed in partnership with Octopus Energy, the project ensures we generate maximum impact from our renewable energy assets whilst also ensuring that our tenants get first access to the available power, helping lower their bills. The benefit of this project is that it can expand over time as we expand our number of renewable power generation assets.
