Mid-Market Rent - Covid-19

Mid Market Rents - Updated Tuesday 21st December 2020

Housing allocations for our Mid Market Rent properties are currently suspended.   During this time, new applicants will not be able to complete and submit an online application.

Applications received before the 1st December 2020 will still be processed however our processing time has been significantly impacted and delayed. We therefore request all applicants to be as patient as possible during this time. Current applicants facing a change in their circumstances where they require emergency housing assistance should contact us for advice.

Existing Tenants

Existing Mid Market Rent tenants are subject to the same changes in service provision and should follow the general updates being communicated by Ore Valley Housing Association at this time.

Any tenant that is facing financial hardship or is unable to meet their rent as a result of the Covid-19 emergency, should contact us immediately. Our Tenancy Support and Wellbeing Officer can provide tailored advice and assistance to help tenants maintain their rent payments and access the help they need.

Tenants can keep up to date with our response and the impact covid-19 is having on our services by following Twitter or Facebook pages or by visiting our website - www.orevalleyha.org.uk
