This year’s rent review will be the 4th year of our phased rent restructure 

This means that as well as looking at our overall income requirements, we will be continuing to restructure some of our rents so that eventually everyone will be paying the same rent for properties of the same type and size.   

This approach was agreed after tenants told us that they would prefer any changes in their rent to be phased in over a number of years in order to soften the impact of larger increases for some tenants; however as we are now entering the final stages of our rent restructure, most of our tenants will only see a small increase or no change at all.  

If you are an Ore Valley tenant you should receive a letter which details all the information (you can also click this link to view the rent review information). Along with the letter you will receive a feedback form to fill in and return to us.  Your feedback will be incorporated into a report to the Board of OVHA, as part of their rent review considerations; and the results from this feedback will also be reported in our next newsletter.

Please complete the consultation form and return it to us by Friday 8th February 2019.  All returned forms will be entered into a prize draw with the winner receiving a £20.00 Gift Card for your local Co-op store.

Following our Board meeting due to be held on 19th February 2019, letters will be sent outlining the new rent payable with effect from 1st April 2019.
