The benefits of walking are endless but they include strengthening your heart, lowering your risk of certain diseases and of course helping you lose weight.
Each year around 700 people die by suicide in Scotland and in Fife there are about 50 deaths annually. Each suicide has a devastating and lasting impact on their families, friends and communities.
On Thursday 13 August the group took a trip up to Dunkeld and completed the Atholl Woods walk. The weather was glorious and views spectacular with great tea and scones back in Dunkeld.
