To coincide with Get Online Week, Ore Valley Housing Association are promoting the use of our Community Computers.
In 2018 there are still 4.3 million people in the UK with no basic digital skills and 11.3 million people have only limited abilities online. With this in mind Get Online Week is encouraging you to #Try1Thing - do just one new thing online as a next step to improving your digital skills.
From Monday 15th to Friday 19th October, 9am-5pm as part of Get Online Week you can pop in to use the Ore Valley Community Computers and we'll have staff on hand to assist if you need help. Just #Try1Thing and you might find it easier than you think.
The internet is a great resource which can make your life easier in many ways - it could be using online systems to book GP appointments or repeat prescriptions, online banking to check your bank balance, pay bills & manage your money or even shopping online which can be more convenient and help you to save money. So why not pop in to use the Ore Valley Community Computers and #Try1Thing during Get Online Week?
