Ore Valley Housing Association

OVHA has strong links with its local community thanks to its wide-ranging involvement in a number of local initiatives and activities. The association has representation on the local Tenants and Residents group, Local Environmental Group and other local community projects.

Recent successes include the establishment of a community Christmas tree in the community garden area in the centre of Cardenden.

 OVHA directly supports community life through its community recycling project, 2nd Time Around which provides a variety of homegoods at a nominal cost, helping residents keep their cost of living down and sustaining tenancies.
