February is LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans*) History Month Scotland. It is run by LGBT Youth Scotland, a charity who's mission is to “empower lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people and the wider LGBT community so that they are embraced as full members of the Scottish family at home, school and in every community.”
This year’s rent review is different from previous years, because as well as looking at our overall income requirements, we have been going through a rent restructure exercise in order to identify a fairer and more transparent way of establishing a rent figure for every property.
Following consultation with our tenants we will be restructuring our rent levels from 1st April 2016 based on the size and type of your property. This simplified approach means that we will be adjusting all our rent levels so that everyone will pay the same rent for properties of the same type and size.
